Make the trip count

Before: Write down one buyer question to investigate and five people to meet. If the goal is pipeline, agree with sales on target accounts and a follow-up owner.

During: Collect specific customer language, public product announcements and recurring objections. Ask permission before quoting private conversations.

After: Turn the best insight into a useful asset: a search-led blog post, a customer case study or a lead-generation resource. If the event changes your search strategy, review your AI visibility and update the pages buyers will find.
