1. First-Month Cancellation Guarantee
For all first-time clients, we offer a full refund for the first month if you are not satisfied with the work.
To be eligible, cancellations must be requested before the end of the first month.
2. After the First Month
No refunds will be issued for services after the first month.
Payments are to be made in advance before the start of each month’s service cycle.
3. Custom Work & Project Changes
For custom work or significant changes requested during the project, no refunds will be issued unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by both parties.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the transaction.
